She was an Administrative Assistant for many years at the Old Liberty National Bank. Betty was a member of Clifton Heights Christian Church, the Moose Lodge, and Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond L. and Onia P. Neal Adams; sister, Aetna Hardin; two brothers, Charles and Lawrence Adams.
Survivors include her husband, James S. Dunlap Jr.; brother, Roy Adams; sister, Thelma Pannell; sister, Patsy Adams; sons, Steve Dunlap (Jill) and Gary Dunlap; daughter, Lynn Hickerson (Jim); eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 10:00am on Monday, December 16, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 4:00pm - 8:00pm on Sunday.
