She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Robert Whitworth; daughter, Rebecca Whitworth; son-in-laws, Michael Weaver & Chester Cotton; and 8 brothers and sisters.
Betty was retired from PSC Packaging Service. She enjoyed traveling and playing bingo. She was an avid seamstress and enjoyed the shows at Derby Dinner Playhouse.
Left to cherish her memory, her children, Joseph Whitworth (Susan), Diana Cotton, Karen Weaver, Michael Whitworth (Brenda), & Elizabeth “Libby” Gootee (Steve); sister, Bessie Schweinhart; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation, Sunday December 27, 2020 4-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Funeral, Monday December 28, 2020 at 10am in the Arch L. Heady Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
