Carlotta Lauren Allen

Born on March 2, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, Carlotta, lived a life marked by strength, individuality and deep love for her family. She was known for her spirited personality, unwavering honesty, and the joy she brought to those around her. Carlotta had a passion for cooking and cherished time spent with her loved ones, creating memories that will forever be cherished.

She is survived by her children, Cheri (Carlton) Fuqua and Jordan (Amanda) Allen; her grandchildren, Cayla (Tyler) Webster, Caylee Allen, Ryan Allen and Beau Allen; her siblings, Rachel Hampton and Glen Roby.

Carlotta was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Lanham, Sr. and Juanita Lanham; her siblings, Adrian Griffin, Jacqueline Wright, Wilson Griffin, Elizabeth Dickerson, and Raymond Lanham, Jr.; and her former husband, Daniel Allen.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026, from 1:00 - 5:30 p.m. also at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel
