Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; her child, Blake O'Brien; her brother, George Townsend, Jr; and her brother-in-law, Wade Ramey.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Shawn O'Brien; grandchildren, Christopher Decker, Dylan O'Brien (Alexa), Annabelle O'Brien; great grandchildren, Keegan Miller, Blake McWilliams, Marlee O'Brien; sister, Denise Ramey; daughter-in-law, Sherry O'Brien; her faithful bird, Sara, was always by her side bringing her endless joy and companionship; several extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, 40272, on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place immediately following the Funeral Service in Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, 40218.
