He was preceded in rest by his sister, Kendall Daub.
Chase is survived by his mother, Vicki Hatfield Daub; his father, Bryan Daub (Denise); a brother, Chandler Daub (Mackenzie); step-brothers, T.J. Pollard (Haylee) and Evan Perry; his maternal grandparents, Mike and Linda Pandolfo and Robert "Rip" Hatfield; his paternal grandparents, Papaw Joe and Reva Nevitt and Billy Daub (Kim); and many aunts, uncles and friends.
His funeral will be on Monday, July 11th, at 11am at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
