Chester "CA" Hayes 56, of Louisville, passed away Sunday September 27, 2020 at St's Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.
CA was survived by his five siblings; Pamela Hayes, Larry Hayes, David Hayes, Steve Hayes and Tom Hayes. CA choose cremation. A memorial service for CA will be held at a later Date.
