Cindy Ruth Carr, 53, entered into rest on Friday December 31, 2020. She is survived by her Father, Thomas Elias (Brenda), Mother, Sheryl VanWinkle; Her Birthchildren, Samantha and Joshua; Daughter, Madison Elias; Siblings, Tammy Landelius, Lori Scott, Kara Elias, Jeremy Howard; Boyfriend, Rodney Otto; Uncle, Bill Elias and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 6pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Cremation to follow. Visitation will be held on Wednesday after 3pm until time of service at the funeral home.
