.Delbert Eugene Ramsey Sr,87, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016. He was a retired Army Sergeant First Class, member of NRA and VFW Post 1181. He is survived by six daughters: Trudi Coen- Rodriguez (Jay), Patricia Findlay, Karen Ramsey, Catherine Sowder (Tony), Robin Lynn Perry, Rebecca Lee Osbourne and one son, Delbert E. Ramsey Jr. (Jackie),13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Service will be noon Monday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service 10907 Dixie Highway Louisville, Ky. with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
