Libby retired from Humana after 20+ years of service as a clinical coder. She had previously worked for Mel Owens Music, a family-owned business. Libby also worked for Danners Restaurant also later known as Shoney's as a kitchen manager on Bardstown Road and various other locations.
Libby was preceded in death by her parents; James and Della Greer; sister, Jean Benton; Nephew, Kenny Patton.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Martha Saunders; her sons, Ronald (Melissa), Richard ”Randy” (Andrea); grandchildren, Kayla and Krista Powers, Emily Powers Russell and Allen Powers; one great grandchild, Christopher Russell; along with many extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 11am until 1pm with a Memorial Service beginning at 1pm at Arch L Heady Funeral Home – Okolona Chapel, 8519 Preston Hwy 40219..
