George Wallace Merideth, 86, died on Monday, March 20, 2017. He was an Army Veteran and a member of New Brandenburg Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Onie Merideth. He is survived by his children, Larry Merideth (Shirley), Gail Carlin ( Marq), Libby Wilcox (Billy), Lisa Merideth (John); 8 – grandchildren; 14-great grandchildren; 1-great great grandchild; He had several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren that he loved as his own. His funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with burial following in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 12-8pm at the funeral home.
