She was a member of the Eastern Star #65.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; daughter, Jane and daughter-in-law, Debbie.
Survivors include sons, Tom West (Tracy) and Jack West; grandchildren, Gisele D. West (Dennis Alvey), Chance LeMeur (Tricia), Jeanette Fassl (Kevin), Michael West (Marlena) and Mark West (Ashley) and three great-grandchildren.
Her service will be on Friday, 10 a.m. at the W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Services with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-8p.m. at the funeral home
