He was a retired supervisor for C. Lee Cook and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie K. Watkins Turner; a son, Bruce Turner; two daughters, Beverly Bryan (Sam) and Cheryl Turner; two stepsons, Robbie Deckard (Joyce) and Tony Deckard (Carla); a stepdaughter, Janet Weston (Joe); 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday. Online condolences my be shared by visiting www.headyhardy.com
