Holly Ann Henderson

Holly Ann Henderson, 53, left us peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. Her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Holly was born on February 9, 1971 to Lee and Gilda Elmore. She was a devoted mother to her three children, a dear friend, and an avid animal lover. Holly enjoyed music from a wide variety of genres, was a true crime enthusiast, and loved going to afternoon tea.

Holly had such a special way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. She was always there to listen and give her honest opinion. Holly cared and felt so deeply, and never missed an opportunity to tell her family that she loved them “bunches”.

Holly is survived by her children Jackie Peters, Michael Henderson (Elizabeth Wallace), and Melissa Henderson (Aaron Lewis) all of whom were her favorite; her mother, Gilda Elmore; and her beloved cats Simon and Harper. She is proceed in death by her father, Lee Elmore and her Pomeranian, Sable who was her loyal companion and protector.

Although we mourn her passing immensely, we take comfort in knowing that Holly is now with her Heavenly Father, surrounded by his peace and love, and reunited with those who she loved that have gone on before her.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th from 1-3 pm, followed by a celebration of life service at 3 pm, at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy.
