She was born in New Albany, Indiana on Thursday, October 10, 2002, to Kelly Lockman and Dora Miniard Lockman, whom both survive. Following high school, she found meaningful work as a behavioral therapist where she specialized in caring for autistic children, a role that suited her caring and compassionate spirit. She had an open heart and a desire to help others.
Bella found happiness in the simple things that made life special. She loved music and dancing, her beloved dog, Buddy, and collecting rocks – always finding the beauty in nature. Above all, she treasured her family and friends. The relationships she shared with those she loved were very incredibly important to her, and she gave of herself wholeheartedly.
Bella is preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Miniard; and her uncles, James Miniard, Tom Vezolles and Frank Vezellos.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Kelly and Dora Lockman; her brothers, Blake (Stephanie) Lockman and Corbin (Brittany) Hutto; her grandmother, Eunice Farrow; her niece and nephew, Elena Lockman and Eli Lockman; many aunts, uncles and cousins; plus, a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
