She was preceded in rest by her parents, Elmore and Rose Marie Jackson; and a brother, Rick Garcia.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Joseph Toler; stepsons, Rex and Tyler Toler; ex-husband, Dwayne Blevins; a son, Clayton Dwayne Blevins; grandchildren, C.J., Journie, Luke, Liam and Eleanor; sisters, Holly Garcia and Lisa Marie Garcia; and brothers, Marty Garcia and James Garcia.
Cremation was chosen.
Her memorial service will be on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 12 noon, at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 9am until the time of service.
