James, age 70, passed away on November 9, 2025. He was born in Louisville KY to the late Vernon and Thelma Gibson on December 13, 1954, and retired from Dupont after a dedicated career.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Tanya Fulkerson; his brother, Mike (Donna) Gibson; his stepdaughter, Kathleen (Chad) Wallace; and his grandchildren, Brayden and Karsyn Wallace.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Advantage Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 10907 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272.
A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the same location, with committal at Bethany Memorial Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272, at 2:00 p.m.
