

James Bradford Holleman, Jr. (Jimbo), passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20", at his home in St. Petersburg, FL Jimbo was born 11-29-49 in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. His family moved to Louisville, Kentucky where he spent the majority of his life. After high school, Jimbo joined the Marine Corp and did two tours in Vietnam. Following his military service, he became a skilled carpenter and retired from the Carpenters Union. Jimbo loved spending time with his family and making people laugh. He loved to tell jokes and always had a good story to tell. He loved to listen to music, watch sports and play cards, mostly Pinochle. Jimbo loved our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is joining his beloved son, Eddie; his parents, James and Ruby; brother, Danny; and sister, Sherry. He is survived by his ex-wife, Susan; his daughters, Holly and Sophie; grandchildren, Trinity (Brendon); Jaime (Chya); Bradford (Trinity); great grandson, Maverick; brother, Ricky (Tammy); sisters, Sheila (Mike); Tammie (Tony); and several nieces and nephews. Jimbo was one of a kind with a larger than life sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, September 14th from 2-8 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway.
Memorial Service will be held Friday September 15th at 12 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway. Burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd Radcliff, Ky.
