Janet was always included and welcomed in “In-Law” activities with my family. They knew and loved her as their own family.

Janet was a friend of mine since elementary school, and what a blessing she was. She was kind-hearted and never met a stranger. I had many talks with her throughout our school years, and I will cherish those memories forever. Although we didn't see each other very often after graduation, whenever we did reconnect, it was always wonderful and truly made my day. The Lord gained an amazing soul, and here on earth, we lost one. Rest in peace, Janet. You will be deeply missed. ❤️

My aunt was one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she loved Christian music and attending Christian concerts. Steven Curtis Chapman was her favorite artist, and she made sure everyone knew it!

She loved her nieces and nephews dearly. She would do anything for them as if they were her own! Don’t even get me started on the puppies! She always got so excited to see Blu and Paisley. They helped her so much through all of the rehabs. She had countless friends who were blessed by her kindness and caring heart. She had an amazing laugh, a beautiful singing voice, and always put others before herself. Even during hospital stays, she was more concerned about inconveniencing others or asking for help than she was about her own needs.

She faithfully served as a Christian camp sponsor and in church youth groups for many years. I had the privilege of watching her serve and helping shape the lives of so many young people, including myself. Her love for God, her servant’s heart, and the way she cared for others will never be forgotten.

Ms Janet was a joy to work with at Humana Military. She will be missed 💕

She was an asset to Humana Military and will be greatly missed. I did not work directly with her but have had many opportunities to talk with her at Humana Military. She was always so kind and willing to help.

Janet was always one of those people you could run into or message years after high school, and it felt like no time had passed at all. She was such a genuinely wonderful person, and I am deeply saddened by this news.
Some of my favorite high school memories are of how much we laughed together. Her happiness and laugh were infectious, and she had a way of bringing joy to everyone around her.
I’ll always remember her kindness, her sense of humor, and the warmth she shared so freely. I feel fortunate to have known her and will always cherish the fond memories I have of her.

Janet was one of the nicest people I've met in my life.  Enjoyed working with her for many years. Heaven gained another angel.  Sending hugs and prayers to family and friends.

A story I like to tell is that Janet has been working for HGB since like 1996 which was way before this was a call center. She literally worked her way through countless changes and eventually was able to provide phone support as an L4B. Somehow we became L4s at about the same time and I got to watch Janets growth in that role. 
 
She went from being this soft spoken, fragile speaker, sounding sad and worked up when bene's were rude to her on escalated calls into this extremely confident, stern delivery, no nonsense presence on her sup calls and can't forget the first time she did that. It was before covid, so we were all within like 6ft of each other in our cubicles and I was so proud of her for putting her foot down to being disrespected I just had to clap and cheer for her, and it spread through our area.

Janet, you never put yourself first and I know God has a special plan for you in his kingdom
