Jeremiah was preceded in rest by his grandparents, Rev. Wendell and Glenna Hurt, Janeal McBride and Billy McBride.
He is survived by his mother, Lara Hurt; his father, Wade Hurt (Ellen); two brothers, Christian and Joseph Hurt; his grandfather, Gene Long; and his grandmother, Suggie McBride.
His funeral will be on Tuesday, October 3, at 1pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with entombment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30am until the time of service.
