She is survived by her husband, Alvin Cook; four sons, Jonathan "Cody" Cadreau, Caleb, Clayton and Conner Cook; her father, John Cadreau; two sisters, Wendy Pennington and Bobbie Forrister; uncle, Mark McAuliffe; aunts, Willa Evans, Nancy Butler and Mary Miller.
Cremation was chosen and a private interment was requested.
