John Claud Thomas, 86, passed away March 18, 2016. He was a native of Trappist, Ky, Chief Master Sgt. retired Air Force veteran and a member of St. Peter the Apostle. He was preceded in death by a daughter Claudia Ralston. Survivors include his wife, Jo Lynn Thomas, five daughters, Sherry Crawford, Colleen Schoenbachler (Carl), Natalie Wright (Damon), Barbie Atwell (Rich), Carla Spence (Michael), three sons, Russell Thomas, Ronald Thomas (Heather), Michael Thomas and by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St Paul Catholic Church 6901 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Ky. with burial in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Radcliff, Ky. Visitation at W. G. Hardy Funeral Home from 2-7 p.m. Monday.
