Johnny Len Wathen III, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. He was a cook for Waffle House. He is survived by his children, Cheyenne Kirkpatrick and Johnny Len Wathen IV; his mother, Rosemarie Riggs. He is also survived by his father, Johnny Len Wathen Jr; his brother, Daniel Wathen and other siblings, Griffin and Hannah Lynch; his stepfather, James Daniel Lynch Jr.; grandparents, Charles D. and Linda Riggs and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Len Wathen, Sr; uncle, Charles E. Riggs; aunt, Jeanne McCarthy(Scott); Cousins, Caitlyn and Madilyn McCarthy; great grandmothers, Rose Mary Riggs and Glada Mackinaw and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and childhood friends. His funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2pm at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with visitation from 10am-2pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Healing Place.
