

Joseph was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed watching the races, as well as simply just enjoying watching the television. He had a taste for Gin, so anybody who knew Joseph, knew he loved his Gin. He was proudly self-employed with Milliner Construction. He loved his family, and his grand dog "Griffey".
Joseph will be missed very much.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Catherine and Edsel Milliner, his son Thomas, sisters Irene Pierce and Brenda Cripps.
Joseph is survived by his spouse Janice of 61 years, sons Tracey (Brittany) and Michael Joe (Maria) Milliner, grandchildren Christin, Michelle, Vonnie, Destiny, Kasey, Amanda, Shawn, Tommy, Timmy, Trevor, Dalton, Jaylen, Kylee and Kashton, and many great-grandchildren, some great great-grandchildren, Brother Gerald Milliner, sisters Glenda Miller, Mary Jane Crawford, Norma Jean Witten, Anna Rose Franks, and Linda Stogner, daughter in law Jennifer, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Joseph will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home-Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272. A funeral mass will occur Friday, June 20, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Rd, Louisville, KY 40272, with interment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216.
