Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Rusty Riggs; his sister, Mandy Zehner; and his brother, Matthew Holland.
He is survived by his mother, Cindy Riggs; his brother, Little Rusty Holland; his sisters Nicole Holland, and Melissa Kaufman; his daughter, Savanah Holland; his nephews, Skylar Holland, Trevor Dunn, Ashton Holland, Bralen Holland, Little Matt Holland, and Tyler Peavey; and his nieces, Makenzie Holland and Isabella Peavey.
Those closest to Joshua knew a man who took genuine pride in the things he loved and followed them with steady loyalty. His enjoyment of the Louisville Cardinals was a familiar part of his days, He loved all things University of Louisville and his collection of hats and shoes reflected an eye for what spoke to him, most of All his daughter Savanah.
Visitation will be held at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, on Friday September 11, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the funeral home beginning at 6:00 pm.
Joshua’s life, though far too brief, leaves a lasting imprint—one marked by devotion to his family, and lasting in his many friendships. He will be missed.
