Kathleen found happiness in arts and crafts, online shopping, happy music, and anything sparkly or glittery. Above all else, she cherished spending time with her children and beloved grandbabies, who brought her true joy.
She is survived by her devoted spouse of 18 years, Douglas Baize; her children, Joseph (Kelley) Golding, Kyle Golding, Tara (Ian) Mapp, Dale Baize, Deric Baize, and Cheyenne Stivers; and her treasured grandchildren, Aiden, Khaleesi, Astrid, Ember, Waylon, Bryanna, and Nova. She is also survived by her siblings, Tammy, Linda, and Allen.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Advantage Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 10907 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272. A funeral service will follow at the same location at 2:00 PM.
