Oh Uncle Eddie,
It is funny the memories that shine throughout the course of one's life. One of my earliest if not first memories of "going to the movies" was with Uncle Eddie. He took me and my sister to Oxmoor Mall's Theater for a double feature.
I heard my first curse word in an animated film -The Secret of NIMH, and then saw four old dudes face their demons in Ghost Story (would understand that one years later). Two movies that made zero sense to be seen together, but will always remember with Uncle Eddie. He somehow survived with two girls under eight- just as he had survived the military, war, walking along building beams too many stories up to count, countless bungee jumping, parachuting and fearless piloting escapades.
Uncle Eddie lived a full life set to his own Playlist and under his own terms- and I feel badly for anyone trying to tell him otherwise LOL!! Now he has just got a whole other "plane" of listeners.
Bless him and RIP 💙
