He was a former manager for Graebel Kentucky Movers, Inc.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Stout Lane and his sisters, Joyce and Donna.
Survivors include his wife, Xu Zhang; a son, Kevin Lane; a daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Lane; a step-son, Ming Tao; a sister, Sharon McGrew; a brother, Ernest Lane, Jr.; and 3 grandchildren.
His memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. A gathering of friends and family will be from 11:00 until time of the service Monday.
Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
