Born in Quang Binh, Vietnam on Tuesday, March 1, 1949, Lan was the son of the late Dinh Pham and Hoang Thi Tuyen. He was a retired Crane Operator for Arcelor Mittal Steel Mill, formerly Inland Steel and was known as a caring, generous family man.
He leaves behind his wife, HoaiHuong Thi Pham; daughter, Loan Pham with son in law, Matt Gernand and granddaughter, Ella Gernand; his son, Landon Nguyen with son in law, Brendan Ryan; brothers, Toan Pham, Peter Thai Pham, Hung Thai Pham and Tony Pham; sister, Kim Tam Pham; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Advantage Funeral Home - Heady Dixie.
