Mr. Larry Gene Vincent, 75, passed away on September 24, 2026. Born November 5, 1950, in Burkesville Kentucky, Larry carried forward a steady, hard-working spirit throughout his life—one that earned respect and left a lasting mark on those who knew him. He was, in every sense, beloved, not only for what he did, but for the dependable presence he brought to his family, friends, and community.
Larry was a Marine Veteran and served in Vietnam, a chapter of his life that reflected quiet strength and steadfast commitment. He later became the owner of Country Wide Wrecker Services until his retirement, where his work ethic and determination were evident in the life he built through years of dedicated effort.
He was an active member of the Mill Creek VFW, remaining connected to fellow veterans and continuing to show up with loyalty and purpose.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Aubrey Vincent; mother, Jean Lacefield; and brother, Ernie Vincent.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Vincent (Crystal); grandchildren Lily Vincent, Damian Floyd, and Crysta Floyd; and great grandchildren, Aries, Athena, Aurora, and Astraea.
Visitation will be held at Advantage Heady-Dixie Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY on September 30, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home, on October 1, 2026, at 10:00 am .
Committal will take place immediately following at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY,.
