Laura is leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering loyalty. Laura was a person of immense warmth and generosity, known for her big hugs and even bigger heart a spirited enthusiasm for life, and always making everyone feel welcome and cherished.
Laura embraced life with a unique blend of honesty and affection, always ready with a candid, tell it like it is opinion (whether you wanted to hear it or not) and a comforting presence. She loved fiercely, making every interaction meaningful and every moment spent together unforgettable. She loved all things Christmas, the Green Bay Packers, and Jesus. Her family was the center of her world, especially her “Lucky Charm” son, her grand princess, her forever 9-year-old nephew, and her sweet and sour patch princess. They created memories of a joyful home filled with laughter and love.
Laura had a special gift for bringing people together, whether through her contagious sense of humor or her sincere, straightforward advice. Her vibrant spirit, genuine kindness, and light that could brighten the darkest of days touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
In honoring Laura’s memory, we celebrate a beautiful life lived fully and generously with a passion and purpose that inspired us all. She will be deeply missed but her boundless love and lasting impact will be embedded in our hearts forever. Because of God's promise, we find comfort in knowing we will be reunited with her in Heaven.
Laura is preceded in death by her father Patrick Gullion Sr. that welcomed her with open arms.
She is survived by her son Jacob Gullion, granddaughter Everlee Gullion, mother Mildred Gullion (Young), Sister Jodi Gullion, brothers Patrick Gullion Jr. and Curtis Colomb, nephews Justyce Gullion, Noah Colomb, and Blake Haycraft, nieces LeeShelle Williams and Hayden Haycraft, and God Daughter Brittney Johnson.
Visitation for Laura will be Friday, July 12, 2024 from 3 to 8 PM at Advantage funeral home Hardy chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy.
