She was born on August 3, 1931 in Pulaski County, Virginia to the late Floyd Reese and Billie Brown.
Libby was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church for 19 years. She loved her Lord, church, and her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Charles and Billy Reese, and sisters Patsy Patton and Dot Carrol.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years Glenn Fruechtenicht; children Debbie Foster; Peggy Wilson (Leslie), Patricia Tanyhill, Terri Ward, Bill Bennett (Kelly), and John “David” Bennett; step-daughter Kelly Ralphs (Kevin); half brother Jimmy Reese; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 12-5 pm Wednesday, September 16th at Advantage Funeral Home – Heady Dixie, 7710 Dixie Hwy. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Thursday, September 17th at Cloverleaf Baptist Church, 4401 Manslick Road, with visitation at the church from 11:00 until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.
