In going through my in basket I came upon a note from MJ dated 9-18-19 and thought I would catch up to date. Very sad to learn that she is no longer with us.  We had a very enjoyable phone conversation on 9-17 and was looking forward to another chat. I am  sure she is missed by her family and friends and feel sure she is now in a better place.

Mary was such a sweet sister!!!  She faced many challenges with dignity.  She  loved her family and did her best to care for them.  She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  You could usually find her sitting on the back pew.  We will cherish our memories of her!!!!

I so loved visiting and talking with your mom.  She was such a gracious lady, sharing wisdom and insights with me.  She was humble, always worried about one of her children, other family members or friends.  I know she was slowed by age and health, but she always pushed through, got frustrated when she could not get up and go.  Hard working all of her life, going through life's challenges, it never altered her faith in the Lord.  I am grateful that she shared that testimony with me.  Prayers for comfort to all of you and yours!
