01/04/1941 – 06/27/2021
Nevlin “Lyn” St. Clair peacefully passed away on June 26, 2021, at her home in Radcliff, Kentucky, after a long and courageous battle with numerous health issues. She fought long and hard, but decided she didn’t want to fight anymore, was ready to go, and she laid her burden down.
Lyn was born in a little town in Eastern Kentucky, called Paw Paw, to Wonderful Jack St. Clair and Elsie Estep St. Clair on January 04, 1941. In 1978, she moved to Louisville, Kentucky where she met her soulmate, Bobby Schultz. She worked various jobs while living in Louisville, including a waitress and restaurant operator at the Scottish Inn. Lyn ultimately found the job she thoroughly enjoyed at Louisville Stoneware. There, she made many acquaintances, most importantly her lifelong friend Rosie. Rosie’s friendship and everyday phone calls made her life better in her final days.
Lyn is survived by her two sons, Kernie Donald Fuller and wife, Lynn of Louisville, KY and Kevin Wayne Fuller and wife, Leah of Radcliff, KY. Lyn also leaves Grandsons Joshua, and wife Mary, and Timothy; two Granddaughters Deanna and LeAnn; and Great Grandchildren Breana, Madyson, Kayden, Kenneth, Zoey, Trinity, and Kenzley. She also has a great-grandson on the way, to be named at a later date. Lyn was immensely proud of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and enjoyed spending as much time with them as possible. If you asked her about them, she would spend the entire day talking your ear off. She also made a lasting friendship with her oncologist, Dr. Ignacio Montes, whom always greeted her with “How’s Momma today?” Even after her care was turned over to hospice care, he called every week to check on her.
Lyn is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Burress of Paw Paw, KY, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Elsie St. Clair; daughter, Kathy Fuller; soulmate, Bobby Schultz and brothers Lillard, Wayne and William.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-8:00 p.m. and a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 12noon at Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel in Louisville, KY. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery in Louisville, KY. Condolences may be expressed at www.Advantagehardychapel.com
