She was born on January 10, 1952, in Louisville, the daughter of the late Minor and Tulla (Wilson) Fletcher.
Norma worked as an accountant in banking. She was a stay-at-home Mom while the kids were in grade school and later worked for her sister.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas W. Hoffman; one daughter, Kathryn Beckerman (Joel); one son, Kevin Hoffman; four grandchildren, Jocylen, Elly, Nate and Milly Beckerman; and one sister, Joyce Nutt (Charles).
A gathering to remember and celebrate Norma’s life will be held from 2-7 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Louisville, KY 40222.
