Patricia Charlotte Grant, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 4, 2026. Born on March 17, 1945, Patricia was a beloved presence to those who knew her, remembered with enduring affection and deep respect.
She is preceded in death by her husband Conrad, and her grandson Blaise Cannon.
Survived by her children, Christopher (Debbie), Gail (Scott), Dennis (Kim), and Mark (Gwin), 11 beloved grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, her brothers Sam and George, and a host of family & friends.
Visitation will be held at Schoppenhorst at Okolona Funeral home (previously Arch L. Heady & Son) located at 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40219, on September 10, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at the same location on September 11, 2026, at 11:30 am, with a morning visitation beforehand to begin at 9:30 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery, 8405 Pennsylvania Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40228, on September 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
