Shorty was a bun maker for Rainbow Bakery. When not baking, he enjoyed going to the boat and watching wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his loving wife, Belinda.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Michael Thomas; his daughter, Michelle Goodman (Kristopher); grandchildren, Gage Goodman (Megan), Kylee Gravely (Baily); a great grandson baking; and a host of great friends.
Visitation will be at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, 40272, on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow in Bethany Memorial Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Hwy, 40272.
