He is survived by his wife, Kay; his sons, Clif and Dale Blevins; daughter, Holly Huber; brothers, Richard, Pat, Elzy Blevins; 10 grandchildren.
His funeral service will be noon on Wednesday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with burial following in Bethany Cemetery
