Richard Lee Blakely, 71, entered into rest on Saturday, June 1, 2019. He was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church. Richard was an Army Veteran, a recipient of the Purple Heart. And a Mason. He belongs to Fairdale Lodge, J- Town Lodge and he was a Scottish Rite. He is survived by his daughters, Abby Gayle Blakely and Lee Ann Neff (Nathan). His grandson, Jamie Blakely, and his seven loving cats. His service will be on Wednesday, June 5 at 11am at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Burial following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. His visitation will be on Tuesday from 3-8 pm at the funeral home.
