Billy was a candle in the dark, a rare individual who shared and shined his light to others so they could also find their way out of darkness.

Two of my favorite memories of Billy ( there are many ) are when he would visit me at the PMC music store to purchase equipment for his ministry which he always would give away a little later.

My all time favorite memory of Billy is from younger days when he and Andy W. would dance like complete maniacs in front of the stage when our bands would play at the same venue.

He will be missed and he will be remembered fondly in the hearts of many whose lives were positively impacted by his.
