He was a Naval Air Corps veteran and a member of Grace Crossing Church. He retired as material handling supervisor for Ford Motor Company after 25 years. He was also the former co-owner of Pathelen's Florist.
He is survived by his wife, Patti L. Sebring; daughter, Lori Glass (Doug); sister, Gladys Lucha; and granddaughter, Christi Fenton (Nick).
A celebration of his life will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the W.G. Hardy Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Hwy. Interment will be in the South Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday, 2- 8 p.m.
