She is survived by her daughter,

Debra Lynn Hodge; sons, Carl(Deborah),

Michael (Janice) and Bruce Whitehead;

Sisters, Gloria Perdue(Clay), Donna Taylor

(Johnny) and June Settle(Warren); 5

Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation or service.

Cremation was chosen. W.G. Hardy
