She was a cashier for Kroger and had previously worked for Royal Lace Manufacturing.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Richard Parker.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Cornish; sons, Kenny Ruth and Kevin Ruth; a sister, Bonnie McMillen; a brother, Ted Staehle; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Thursday
