Survivors include his wife, Theresa Ann Lewis; daughters, Michelle (Kevin) Engelhardt and Alicia (Tad) Ingram; and grandchildren, Gabriel, Micah, and Tucker.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in LaGrange, Kentucky. Stephen was also an Army Veteran, an electrician by trade, and retired from BYK Additives as a process control manager.
Visitation will be on January 12, 2025, at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road Louisville, KY 40222, from 12:00PM - 4:00PM, with a chapel service at 4:00PM.
