Terry Hawkins Jaeger, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on November 3, 2026. Born January 25, 1946, Terry will be remembered as a beloved presence in the lives of those who knew her, held with enduring affection, love, and deep respect.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Peter Jaeger, parents Dorothy and Prince Hawkins, brother-in-law Allen Wieber, and his sister-in-law Lida Hawkins.
Survived by her siblings Phil Hawkins, Donna Wieber, Mark Hawkins (Vivian), Eric Hawkins (April), her very special niece Sally Sturgeon, who helped to take care of Terry in her final days, and several other special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Schoppenhorst at Okolona Funeral Home (previously Arch L. Heady and Son) on Monday November 9, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The Holy Rosary will be read at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S 6th St, Louisville, KY 40203, on Tuesday November 10, 2026, at 9:00 am, Funeral Mass to begin 9:30 am.
