Thelma C. Adams, 87, entered into rest on Wednesday August 23, 2017. She was a member of Virginia Ave United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Adams; Children, Mary McAfee, Roger Lee, Dennis Lee, Allen Lee; Brothers, Earl, Bob, Herman Sommerville; Eight grandchildren; Fourteen great grandchildren; Three great great grandchildren; Her funeral service will be held on Monday at 12noon at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel with burial following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
