Thomas Cleaver Thompson “Junie”, 71, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024. He was a registered nurse at Jewish Hospital and a culinary chef. He was a former AKC dog breeder and attended Roy’s of Louisville Hair Design. Junie served his country in the US Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas “Sonny” Thompson and Carolyn Gribbons Thompson; sisters, Linda Thompson Alvey, Karen Smith; brothers, Damon Gribbons, and Michael Gribbons Thompson.
Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Rita Jackson, Debra Purvis (Johnny); brother, David Thompson; several nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 2pm-8pm at Arch L Heady Funeral Home Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy 40219. The Funeral Service will be Friday, January 26, 2024 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
