He was a member of Harvest Baptist Church and had worked at Fischers Meatpacking, RC Cola, and Wendy’s.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Rogers Paulley; children, Troy L. Paulley, Jr, and Amber Paulley; step-children Misty Flint, Lacy Flint, William Jeffrey Flint, Jr., and Nicholas Flint; his mother, Irene Parker; brothers, Linn Paulley, Mark Todd Paulley, and Joseph Paulley; and 8grandchildren.
His funeral will be held at 3:00 pm Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by cremation. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Thursday.
