Tyler graduated from Butler Traditional High School and Louisville Technical College with a degree in the CAD (Computer Assisted Drawing) program. Tyler was an avid History Buff. He loved making things out of scrap wood.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Charles and Doris Barnes and cousin, Tanner Owen Barnes.
Tyler is survived by his loving mother, Cheryl A. Barnes, Aunt, Katie Crawley (Mike), Uncle, Charles A. Barnes and cousins, Matthew Barnes (Erica), Michael Barnes (spouse, Emily and children Gavin and Chloe Barnes), Ashley Kelly (husband, Marcus and son Avery).
In keeping with Tyler’s wishes, cremation was chosen. He will be remembered with love and missed dearly by those who knew him. A Celebration of Life for Tyler will be held On Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 12:30 until 3:30 PM at Incarnation Catholic Church, located at 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville KY 40216. A Bereavement Luncheon will be served at approximately 1:15 PM, please come and join our families in celebrating Tyler A Barnes.
