Verne Rae Douglass, 79, entered into rest on Sunday March 22, 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sue Douglass. Verne was an Air Force Veteran. He was the Past President of Valley Village Trustees, President of Fall City Rabbit Club, Member of Kentucky State Rabbit Breeders Association, Board member of S.C.A.N, Past President of South Dixie Community Development Council. He is survived by his children, Aaron Douglass and Tracy Leuty; Sisters, Evelyn Moise and Jacquelyn Wait. His services will be private due to the Covid- 19 pandemic. There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date. Family request Donation be made to, Wounded Warriors Project, Paralyzed Veterans of America, North Shore Animal League, St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
