He worked for Sturgeon Pest Control and was a member of Valley View Church.
Victor was preceded in death by his father, Anthony "Toby" Baldwin; and his grandparents, Vic and Tillie Baldwin, who raised him.
He is survived by his wife, Brittney; mother, Diane Sturgeon; son, Issac; daughter, Megan; stepsons, Logan and Blake Borgelt; brothers, Brian Baldwin, Tony Peak and Chad Baldwin; sister, Starr Baldwin; aunts, Vicki and Sandy Hudson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His service will be on Wednesday, 2 p.m. at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
